Shipping and Delivery Information
"ReadyRobe" orders require 3 working days for manufacturing. This does not include delivery time.
"Custom Manufactured" orders require at least 8 weeks for tailoring after the order is received. Seasonal demands can affect this schedule. The estimated shipping date will be shown on the printed acknowledgement of your order. This printed acknowledgement will be sent via snail mail after office processing.
When you receive your printed acknowledgement, please check your copy carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors. Please refer to the order number when calling.
